Generate Temporary Password

If you have forgotten your Password, you can generate a Temporary Password by entering the Credit Card number, Birth Date and Registered Email address of the Primary Account holder below.

A Temporary password will be sent to the registered email address immediately. This temporary password will expire after 24 hours.

If you don't currently have access to your email account, you can also call the Macquarie Bank Rewards Centre on 1300 653 192, Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, local time. A Customer Consultant will generate a temporary password for you.
